Roman Meshkov

Research Associate

Roman Meshkov is a Research Associate in the Caterpillar Lab, and in his role he conducts research on corporate-sponsored projects revolving around user behavior and data analytics. Roman holds a BA in Computer Engineering with a minor in Math and Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He joined the Innovation Center in 2023 as a part-time researcher in the Caterpillar Lab. A combination of technical and creative skills has allowed Roman to participate in a wide variety of projects, from UI/UX and human-centered design to data analytics. With years of experience at the Innovation Center, Roman developed a strong understanding of the Caterpillar ecosystem, which enabled him to guide new researchers through the complexities of the company’s business model and web platforms.
