Samantha Melchiori a passionate and intuitive senior leader with over 15 years of experience in product development, innovation, business development & strategy. She applies vision, creative problem-solving and business acumen to deliver measurable results through highly collaborative team environments. She has managed large, diverse global teams and is a change agent within large, matrixed organizations. Currently, Samantha is the Global Operations Manager for Condition Monitoring Services for Caterpillar. She holds bachelor’s degrees in fine art and engineering from Wellesley and the U. of Illinois – Chicago, respectively.
