Grace began working with the Innovation Center in Spring 2018 as a Graduate Lab Researcher in MAD Lab and was drawn to learning as much as possible about solution development for medical and healthcare contexts. Prior to relocating to Chicago, Grace served as the Senior Program Manager and Community Engagement Manager for Girls Incorporated in Portland, Oregon. In addition to her passion for design research, she brings seven years of experience in program development and project management to her work in the Medical Labs at the Innovation Center.
